John Allen- Central High Class of 2012 [Grand Forks Senior Photographer]

John Allen is the first senior I had the pleasure of working with this season. And what a nice way to start-he is the son of some friends of ours (friends who have been MORE than wonderful in loaning out every..tool..imaginable in our 'home improvement' endeavor.) AND I found an AWESOME colorful wall outside of a shop in downtown Grand Forks. A blessed time- here are a few..

This session was done in funky downtown Grand Forks. The colors downtown are so vibrant! John Allen is the son of some friends of ours. It was great to spend some time with him and his mom, even with the wind...and the cold...in May (almost). He is in the 9th grade....the NINTH GRADE! He was a great sport, because I know the last thing a teenage boy wants to do is have his picture taken. They specifically wanted head shots (not that I could have conned much more out of him) hence the variation of mostly...headshots.
